Project Follow-up
This section is for individuals who currently have funded projects. If you are looking to apply for a grant, that information is located under the “Grant Application” heading.

If you are a grant recipient, welcome to our new section dedicated entirely to you! Contained on this page is valuable information to keep you on the right track during your project. Please check back often for new information and deadlines.

On-Line Reporting
Once a project is funded, project directors are expected to fill out an interim report and a final report. They are due in February, May, and September. Twenty percent of the award will be withheld until the final report is completed. Project Directors are expected to continuously update their progress on their on-line application and notify the center, when updates have been made. Click here to update: On-Line Application

To expedite the reimbursement process, please mail a hard copy of your final report to the center. If there are any questions in regards to reporting, please contact Alissa Randall, 402-472-2039 or arandall4@unl.edu.

Logos
A written agreement was made at the time of funding, that project directors would use the North Central Logo on all publication materials. It is attached below, along with the centers mission, a list of the twelve North Central states that the center covers, and the center’s website. Pictures
The center openly welcomes and encourages picture taking, however if the picture is of a group of three or less people, please have them fill out a photo permission slip and keep in your records. An example of this form is attached. Photo Permission Be sure to send your photos to Cheryl at cgriffith2@unl.edu so that they can be added to your grant summary on the web. Don’t forget to also send your brochures and other promotional items to Cheryl for advertisement and display.

At the 2004 Regional North Central Risk Management Education Center meeting in Madison, Wisconsin participants discussed in small groups what success is. The information that they shared is attached here. What is Success?

How to Get the Word Out
This section is going to be a sounding board area for grant recipients to share ways that they are getting the word out about their workshops, meetings, websites, etc. Please send your comments to Cheryl at cgriffith2@unl.edu and she will add them to the link: Marketing your project
