The National Organic Program: Emerging Legal Issues in an Expanding Market (identifies and analyzes legal issues related to the industrialization of organic production under current USDA standards and responses from the traditionalist organic movement).

Regulating Pollen: A Law and Economics Approach (analyzes, from an economic efficiency perspective, the growing problem of containing pollen drift from genetically modified organisms in order to maintain identity preservation and export compatibility).

Drainage and the Clean Water Act: Are the Competing Missions Reconcilable? (explores the history of drainage laws in Mid-Western states, the recent attention agriculture has received under the Clean Water Act, and argues that agricultural drainage has a greater impact on water quality and should, therefore, receive more attention from regulators).
